When you look back at a past struggle through the “mirror” of your own growth, what hidden gift or truth do you now see that you couldn’t recognise at the time?
Sam says: By looking honestly into the mirror of our experiences, both the moments we are proud of and those we may have tried to hide, we can see the profound growth, courage, and resilience we’ve cultivated along the way.
